Vente Venezuela Coordinator Douglas Rodríguez Returns to Maiquetía
The state coordinator for Bolívar arrived on September 29, 2026, after more than two years outside the country.
Douglas Rodríguez, coordinator of Vente Venezuela in the state of Bolívar, returned to Venezuela on Tuesday, September 29, 2026, landing at Maiquetía airport after more than two years abroad.
He was received by family members and party militants upon arrival. Regional coverage says he is scheduled to reach Puerto Ordaz in Bolívar state on October 1.
Primicia reported that he met with party leaders the following day and said Vente Venezuela in Bolívar has 19,000 members. Diario de Guayana said his house was raided twice by Sebin while he was abroad.
The 19,000-member figure is attributed to Rodríguez via Primicia and is not independently confirmed.
